1. The pool will be open daily, Monday through Thursday, weather permitting, from 10:00AM-8:00PM, with extended hours on Friday to 9:00 PM, Saturday, from 10:00AM-7:00PM and Sunday, the pool will be open from 12 Noon-7:00PM.

2. All members and guests must register upon entering the pool area each day.  Guests who do not register will be asked to leave the area, documentation will be made, and persistent abuse can lead to suspension of pool privileges.  Guests are limited to three visits per month and will be charged fees of $5.00 per visit. Visiting Family House Guests from out of the area, Nannies and Child Care Providers that obtain a Temporary Guest card in advance will be not charged. (See Visiting House Guests Policy under House Rules Section).

3. Children under 10 must be accompanied and supervised by a competent person (16 or more years of age) at all times.  Children 10 years of age may take the swimming test. If they pass, they may stay at the pool accompanied by an adult.  The club lifeguards shall maintain a list of all children who have passed the described test allowing them to swim without adult supervision.

4. Only proper bathing attire shall be worn in the pool.  An outer garment must be worn over the bathing suits when leaving the pool area.  Cut off jeans or Khaki’s are not permitted.  Small children must wear the proper swim diapers; babies must have the proper protective coverage to protect against fecal excretion in pool.  State law requires the club to close the pool for 24 hours for vomit, blood or fecal matter discharge.

5. Running, shoving, rough tactics and any other conduct endangering the safety of self or others will not be permitted.

6. Only one person shall be allowed on the diving board at a time.  Swimming, jumping or hanging on the end of the board will not be allowed.  Games are limited to 12 persons participating per game; rules are at the discretion of the pool manager.

7. No outside food, beverages or personal coolers can be brought into the pool area at anytime.  Only unbreakable containers will be allowed in pool area. All food and beverage arrangements for special functions at the pool must be handled by the Club Manager or designated person.

8. The baby pool shall follow the same hours as the larger swimming pool.  Only children ages 7 and under will be allowed in the baby pool area.  Please be advised that parents or adult guardians of children using the baby pool area must be present and in constant attendance, watching their children and guests using the facilities.

9. All complaints and or suggestions are to be directed to the Pool Committee Chairman or General manager.  Members may not reprimand an employee at any time.

10.  Water guns are prohibited.

The authority of the lifeguards, present and on duty, regarding matters pertaining to swimming pool use, the conduct of those using the pool facilities, and the enforcement of these rules and regulations is final. The lifeguard or lifeguards present and on duty or the Pool Manager present and on duty shall contact the responsible parent or guardian of any child, or the member or sponsor of any guest, when such child, guest, or persons in the swimming pool area fails to heed these rules or regulations or when disciplinary action concerning such child or guest is needed or taken.

House Guest Card

Members can request a Temporary Guest Card for any House Guests that may reside with them on a short-term basis, not to exceed 30 days. In order to receive Temporary Guest Card the necessary information must be turned into the business office in advance.  A House Guest can be a family member or friend visiting from out of town. A House Guest Card can be a family member or friend visiting from out of town.  A Temporary Guest Card can be a family member of friend visiting from out of town.  A Temporary Guest Card will be granted fro a defined period and the member will be charged all appropriate guest fees.  A visiting house Guest will have unlimited priveledges of service during the defined period.  A Child Care provider is also eligible to receive a Temporary Guest Card by notifying the Business office in advance. House Guest Card are subject to the Board of Governors Approval.
