Bus Person

Department: Food & Beverage 

Job: To efficiently clean and reset tables, to assist servers wherever needed and to run food. To uphold the standards of guest relations with friendliness and cleanliness as outlined by the Food & Beverage Department 

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Effectively Multi Task

- Promptly bring water to table and replenish drinks before the guest has to request a refill

-Prebus tables between courses including the removal or addition of any necessary table ware

-Additional duties as requested by Dining Room Manager or Manager on Duty 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

-Ability to treat all associates and guest in a respectful manner

-Has attention to detail

-Must work well under pressure

-Must be able to lift over 40 lbs on an intermittent basis.

-Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time  

Working Conditions and Environment:

Person is required to work all shifts weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
