Seasonal Staff Positions (Pool Manager, Lifeguards, Summer Camp Counselor) We are now currently hiring seasonal staff positions. Chatmoss Country Club is looking for a seasonal Pool Manager to manage our swimming pool complex. Our Pool Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club's swimming facilities, including staffing, safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance. Responsibilities include training and supervising the pool staff in all matters of pool safety, operating procedures, member service, and planning and assisting with special events. Pool Manager will work with lifeguards to offer individual and group swimming lessons. Competitive candidates must have current YMCA or American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification, and AED training. Pool is open Saturday, May 29, 2010 thru Monday, September 6, 2010. The pool manager will need to be available to work part- time starting Monday, May 10, 2010, to prepare for the opening and part-time until Friday, September 10th, to close the season. Pay rate $8 - $12 per hour depending on experience. The club will consider reimbursement of the cost of certification at the end of a successfully completed season. Chatmoss Country Club is looking for Lifeguards to supervise members and guests in and around our swimming pool. Responsibilities include: supervising and observing swimmers at all times to ensure their safety, implementing the Club's water safety policies and pool rules, maintaining cleanliness of pool area and restrooms, and assisting with the organization of private and group swim lessons. Competitive candidates must have current Lifeguard Certification and CPR. Pay rate $7.25 - $7.75 per hour based on experience. Chatmoss Country Club is looking for a Camp Counselor for our Summer Camp programs; from the beginning of June to Mid-August We offer two programs for our members children and grandchildren who are between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. Activities include: Swimming, tennis, golf, arts and crafts, field trips, and lots of fun!. The Camp Counselor is responsible for the daily operations of the Sports Camp and coordination of activities with the various Club departments. Competitive candidates should have some teaching, camp counseling, or related experience. Pay rate $7.25 - $9.00 per hour based on experience. |
